Dr. Stefan Illmer, director and head of client reporting at Credit Suisse in Zürich.
Stefan is responsible for the performance measurement, the performance attribution and the investment reporting to institutional asset management, private banking as well as global custody clients.
In his former roles he was responsible for Investment Controlling, Performance Measurement, Performance Reporting, Risk and Return Attribution and for the compliance of Credit Suisse Asset Management (Switzerland) with the Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS).
He is the chairman of the GIPS Executive Committee, the chairman of the GIPS Regional Investment Performance Committee EMEA (RIPS EMEA, formerly EIPC), represents Europe within the GIPS Executive Committee and is a member of the Experts Group for GIPS of the Swiss Banking Association. Furthermore, together with PriceWaterhouse Coopers, he founded the Swiss Performance Attribution Roundtable and the Swiss Client Reporting Roundtable.

John Sheridan, head of client liaison, Custody-Bank of Ireland Securities Services
A career banker since 1979, John has been in the funds industry since 1988 and is a member of the Securities Institute. His early development involved retail banking and internal audit, and this was followed with a period in strategy, followed by investment sales and client servicing. John managed Bank of Ireland’s custody and fund administration unit in the Isle of Man before joining BoISS in Dublin (1995). Since then, his career has been involved in client service delivery, across institutional clients, with fund administration and/or custody needs.

Peter Ellis heads up the performance and risk practice at Investit, and acts as a principal consultant in the client management practice.
Peter has more than 25 years of experience gained in insurance, engineering, software development, and investment management. Prior to joining Investit, he spent eight years at Deutsche Asset Management, where he held a number of roles in IT and in the business. In his last role at Deutsche Asset Management, he was managing director, performance and client services. Peter has extensive project management experience on a wide range of projects, and has directed many complex strategic projects, both from within IT as a project manager and as a business sponsor. He also has excellent knowledge of performance measurement and analysis, and of client servicing and reporting. He is a very experienced conference speaker and has chaired Osney Media’s Client Reporting and Servicing for Investment Management Companies for the past four years.
